Why
As a child, I struggled in school due to severe illness, so I understand what the child goes through. I am a mother of dyslexic children, so I understand what the parents go through. I have been a tutor for over 15 years, so I know what teachers go through. My experiences have given me the compassion to do what I do and the passion to love it! It has helped me to be a tutor who not only helps people to read but also helps build their confidence.
My Expertise
Teaching students to read!
Often I hear a parent or teacher say that they can't get through to the student, they can't seem to teach them to read, or the student is lazy. What I think is, "Well, you don't teach the way they can learn" What I say is " I'd be happy to work with your student".
Personalized Lessons
The recommended tutoring schedule is 2 or 3 times per week for 50 min per session. Tutoring online allows students from all over the US to find hope in the comfort of their, home, library, or classroom.
